BROADSPRED® Adjuvant
99% Organosilicone Surfactant for Superior Coverage and Efficacy
BROADSPRED is a high-quality, non-ionic organosilicone surfactant designed to dramatically enhance the spreading and coverage of crop protection products. Ideal for use with pesticides, fungicides, miticides, herbicides, and defoliants, BROADSPRED ensures more uniform coverage and better efficacy, even in challenging conditions like orchards, vineyards, and leafy row crops.
Key Features:
- Increases wetting and spreading capabilities
- Provides 6-12 times greater coverage than regular non-ionic surfactants
- Ensures more uniform coverage for improved efficacy
- Effective in orchards, vineyards, and leafy row crops where plant structure inhibits good coverage
- Works excellently with certain defoliants and insecticides
- Available in a "High Volume (HV)" formulation
Mix Instructions and Application Rates:
For optimal results, add 2 to 12 ounces of BROADSPRED per 100 gallons of spray solution. It can be mixed with a wide range of pesticides, fungicides, miticides, herbicides, and defoliants. To prevent foam, add FOAMSTOP, an anti-foaming agent, before introducing BROADSPRED to the spray water. Ensure thorough spraying while avoiding excess runoff of the spray solution.
Recommended Use:
- Use 2 to 12 ounces per 100 gallons or per acre in spray solution.
- Lower rates are recommended for applications with low water rates.
- Conduct a trial under similar crop and environmental conditions to determine the optimal rate.
Note: Some herbicides may require higher rates for optimum use. Follow the herbicide label directions when this occurs. Do not exceed 5% of the finished spray volume.
Enhance Coverage and Efficacy:
BROADSPRED is a superior wetting agent and penetrator that enhances the performance of pesticide sprays, especially on leafy vegetables and other crops with heavy foliage. Ensure the best results by incorporating BROADSPRED into your crop protection routine.
