Shipping policy

At Ag Chem USA LLC, we are committed to delivering your order in a timely and secure manner while complying with all applicable state and shipping regulations. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to the contiguous 48 United States only.
We do not ship to:

  • California

  • Colorado

  • U.S. territories or overseas military addresses

If your shipping address is in a restricted state, the order will not be processed.


Processing Times

  • Orders placed before 11:00 AM (MT) typically ship same business day.

  • Orders placed after 11:00 AM (MT) generally ship within 24 business hours.

  • All orders ship within 48 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays).


Delivery Times & Shipping Carriers

We use FedEx and R+L Carriers for shipping.
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are determined by these carriers and displayed at checkout.

Important: Ag Chem USA LLC is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier-related issues

  • Inclement weather

  • Holidays

  • Labor strikes

  • Natural disasters

  • Other events outside of our control


Order Seals & Inspections

All shipments are securely sealed before leaving our facility.

  • If your order is delivered with a broken seal, do not open it.

  • Contact us immediately at orders@agchemusa.com or call 1-844-749-GROW (4769).

In some cases, state authorities or parcel carriers may inspect packages in transit. These inspections are outside of our control and may result in altered packaging or delays.

 

State Product Registration

Not all products are registered for use or sale in every state.

  • Some items may be restricted or unavailable for delivery based on state-specific agricultural regulations.

  • If you are unable to complete checkout due to a product restriction, please:

    • Contact us via live chat, email, or the contact form

    • Check the Agrian® Database to confirm product registration in your state

We will do our best to assist you in finding a compliant alternative or resolving the issue.
