Refund policy

At Ag Chem USA LLC, we stand behind the quality of our agricultural products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, this policy outlines how we handle returns, refunds, and damaged shipments.

 

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy with a 25% restocking fee, which means you have 30 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return and will receive 75% of your original purchase price, not including shipping. Ag Chem USA is not liable for damages during return shipments. 

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

• The item must be in the same condition in which it was received.

• You must have proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide:

• A return shipping label or packing list for LTL freight coordination.

• Instructions on how and where to send your package.

Do not send products back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damaged, Leaking, or Spilled Products

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery. If the product arrives damaged, leaking, or spilled:

• Take clear photos of the damage and packaging.

• Refuse delivery if damage is evident at drop-off, or

• Contact us at returns@agchemusa.com within 24 hours of delivery with the photos.

We will assess the damage and provide a replacement or refund if applicable.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

• Opened or used chemical containers

• Hazardous materials

• Custom or special-order items

• Items marked as final sale

If you are unsure about whether your item qualifies for return, contact us before attempting to send it back.

 

Freight & LTL Orders

For bulk or LTL shipments, our team will coordinate pickup logistics after a return request is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved:

• Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

• Bank or credit card processing times may vary.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at returns@agchemusa.com.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return the original and place a new order once your refund is processed.

U.S. Shipping Only

Ag Chem USA LLC only ships within the United States. This policy is not applicable to international orders.
