1. Do you ship products into California or Colorado?

No, we currently do not ship to California or Colorado due to product registration restrictions, permitting requirements, and other state-specific regulatory barriers. We do ship to most other U.S. states.

2. Why can’t I order certain products in my state?

Some products are restricted due to state-specific regulations or registration requirements. Our system will automatically restrict checkout for products not permitted in your shipping location.

4. Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes, but conditions apply. If your order was damaged in shipping, email photos to returns@agchemusa.com within 24 hours of delivery. For all other returns, the item must be unopened, in its original container, and returned within 30 days. Full details can be found on our Refund Policy page.

5. How do I know if a product is restricted in my area?

Restricted items will be flagged during checkout based on your shipping address. You can also check with your state’s Department of Agriculture or pesticide regulation agency or visit Agrian label center, https://www.agrian.com/labelcenter/inst.cfm for more information.

6. Do I need a pesticide license to order from AgChem USA?

Most of our products are available for general use and do not require a license. However, any Restricted Use Pesticides (RUPs) will require a valid license, which must be submitted during checkout or by email prior to shipping your order. 7. What if I receive the wrong product?

Email orders@agchemusa.com right away with your order number and a photo of the incorrect item. We’ll work quickly to get you the right product or arrange a return if needed.

8. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations. Contact support@agchemusa.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be modified.

9. How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, product weight, and shipping speed. We recommend for bulk or pallet orders that you reach out for custom freight quotes.

10. Do you offer volume discounts or bulk pricing?
