BotaniGard MAXX combines the power of pyrethrins with the biological action of Beauveria bassiana Strain GHA. This potent duo provides dual modes of action to combat a wide range of insect pests. Pyrethrins disrupt the insect's nervous system, causing rapid knockdown, while B. bassiana spores penetrate the insect's cuticle, killing it from the inside out. Ideal for both immediate and long-term pest control, BotaniGard MAXX ensures your crops are protected.

BotaniGard MAXX is compatible with other BotaniGard formulations and many other insecticides and fungicides. Apply at the first sign of pests for optimal results. In severe infestations, reduce reapplication interval to 24 hours. Safe for use up to the day of harvest on most crops.

Application Rates:

• Use up to 2 quarts per 100 gallons of spray volume (4 tsp/gallon).
• For most insects, 1 quart per 100 gallons of water is effective.
• Ensure thorough mixing and follow detailed instructions for specific pests.
• Not recommended for hydroponic systems or indoor use outside of greenhouses.

How It Works:

B. bassiana spores attach to and penetrate the insect's cuticle, proliferating within the insect to cause death. Pyrethrins act as a neurotoxin, increasing pest activity and enhancing spore contact. This dual action leads to effective control of insect populations, including resistant strains.

Environment:

Suitable for field, agronomic, vegetable, orchard crops, ornamentals, nurseries, greenhouses, shadehouses, pastures, commercial landscaping, interiorscapes, turf, and forestry.

Storage:

Store in a cool, dry place between 40°F and 85°F. Keep the container tightly closed and avoid contamination with water. Nonrefillable container. Triple rinse after use.

Keep out of reach of children. Contains petroleum distillate and can cause eye injury. Harmful if absorbed through the skin or swallowed. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, or clothing. Wear protective eyewear and clothing. Toxic to aquatic organisms and bees. Avoid application near water or blooming crops when bees are foraging. Shelf life of 12 months when stored properly.
